Removable Former Heating System For Induction Furnaces

  • Induction Furnace Lining Frequently done by using fabricated former which melts as scrap.

  • The former is reused at least 20 times by programmed heatings.

  • Former is heated after lining form inside upto moderate temperature slowly till entire moisture is removed.

  • Firing stopped and former is suddenly cooled and pulled out for reuse.

  • The heating by burner is continued till 1150º C in a programmed cycle.
