The multifaceted innovative manufacturing activities have been developed by a technocrat Mr. Dhananjay Navangul graduate from Banaras
Hindu University 1980 in Chemical Engineering.
After joining the parent company manufacturing Fire Bricks,
today company manufactures, supplies and also exports Ceramic Running and Gating
System for manufacture of premium quality Steel Castings. A low cost metal
feeding system and Alumina / Zircon Coated Ceramic Gating System are the latest innovation and the contribution to the foundry
industry.
The development of heating system with own combustion
equipment is a result of interaction with all types of industries in India and
Abroad. The Energy, Cost and Environment Saving heating systems were developed
in-house to cater the needs of Indian Industry grasping for Cost Reduction and
Quality.
Knowledge
dissemination has been the major activity through
various associations all over India and Abroad by way of presentations and
publications.
Interaction with educational institutions, commercial
institutions and chamber of commerce and Rotary International has been great
inspiration and provided ample association to work for society. Various projects
have been accomplished in the field of Computer literacy, Vocational activities,
Health and Safety - from the concept to commissioning of Bio Medical Waste
Incinerator Facility for the corporation of Sangli - Miraj - Kupwad as a Rotary
International Project.
Rotary District 3170 covering 4 districts of Maharashtra, 4
Districts of Karnataka and Goa provided a vast field for environment protection
activities and ban on plastic carry bags was one of the initial activities
successfully completed.
The IIF (Institute
of Indian Foundrymen) has always been and will remain centre for activities and being a member of Kolhapur Chapter and Chairman for the year 2004 -
2005 , working very hard for the benefit of Foundry Industry in many ways.
The contributions no doubt acknowledged by the IIF and NCTS
(National Centre for Technical Services, Pune) gets benefited form his knowledge and expertise as a panel member
