The group started its first manufacturing unit –Ceramic Running and Gating Systems in 1972.Today approx 40 Steel Castings  Manufacturers requirements are fulfilled(Shriprakash Porcelain Works).

Interaction with Foundries initiated a new unit Design manufacturing Furnaces ,Ovens, Ladle  Pre heaters ,Mould Dryers ,and many Energy Saving Heating Equipments . 

The company enjoys substantial  market share for Heat Treatment Furnaces ,and executes custom built High Capacity  furnaces

Dhanaprakash used Indian Low Technology combustion system  but it could not satisfy the needs  of Quality demanding  customers.Dhanaprakash imported few Burners in 90 ‘but its  delicate nature ,escalating Dollar Price insisted on developing  indigenious combustion Technology.

Dhanaprakash designed and introduced its first Burner in 1995 for High Temp Furnaces and so far Installed more than 600 Burners Sebsequently developed 4 other varieties and developed combustion systems from  a wide range ambient  to 1200° C.

Dhanaprakash received recognitions:-

• 1997 G S Pakhe Award of Industrial Merit for Instant Ladle Preheater.
• 2000 Tata Energy Research Institute cash award Rs One Lac for Best Design for bangle baking clusture Ferozabad.
